This is quite old now, it's Hasegawa's lovely 1/48 Mitsubishi J2M3 Jack finished in captured markings. Apart from the home-made decals it's out-of-box.
Thanks Vaughan. The basic finish is Alclad, then I highlighted the panel lines using heavily-thinned watercolour (blue and brown mixed) and a fine brush. I just put a bit of the thinned paint on the brush and touch the tip into a panel line; capillary action draws it along the line. There are other ways of doing it but I like this method as it gives me complete control, I can change the panel line colour depending on the camo it's going over, and it wipes off when I make a mistake.\ said:Hi the finish is really amazing. How did you get the panel lines so defined? was it with post shading? if so what did you use?Vaughan
