Ordinary kitchen type foil?? I've not come across that Microsol Tin Foil Adhesive. The ram piston rods are plastic rod and have been covered with tin foil and attached with Microsol Tin Foil Adhesive,
Hello Jim, Tube cutter worked fine, now have four rollers cut out and one thumb with a half moon cut in it, just the skin thankfully - never tyr to turn the tube by putting your thumb over the end and turning - it does not work.....You're definitely getting the hang of this scratch building lark

Interested to see how the tube cutter works.
Scottie, Many thanks.Michael, simply excellent work.
My comment every time I look at the drawings.....WTF:astonished:?
I still have that trouble Jack. And here’s me getting chuffed with myself for cutting two bits of plastic to the same length…
Andrew, Many thanks for the support.Mike,
I can honestly say that this is up there with the very best scratch work I have ever seen.

Fully agree Jack.Even with a stop one always seems slightly longer !And here’s me getting chuffed with myself for cutting two bits of plastic to the same length…

I know Wobble, a case of over confidence and rushing, I knew you would laugh.Nice work Wibble .
Sorry I laughed at reading about the tube cutter, but the amount of plumbing you've done you should beware of these hand held machines !

Wobble
Very true Jim, just taking one for the hobby....:face-with-head-bandage:Injured in the service to modelling - be proud. The late Simon T usually included blood in the construction.
Very impressed with the roller end result and the jig is clever and effective.
