Because I'm running really low on RLM76 I've done the pre-shading in white, after painting the landing gear bays in RLM02. I've gone heavier on some panels to add variety and also help the yellow areas cover better.

We're off out for a walk soon and will call in to support our favourite local business (the pub!) but hope to get the colour on later.

I always have trouble picking up the variation on camera but I'm pleased with the look IRL.

Lovely finish andy the variation is excellent . Good job its a profipack with the masks for the canopy, I would dread to think I had to try and mask that greenhouse up by hand !cheers tony

Thanks Tim.

Top side is now painted, with a very thin gloss coat (about 80% levelling thinner) to smooth everything out ready for decals:

Thanks Paul & Tim.

I've got the main decals on this afternoon. There are several small stencils left to do but at least the larger ones can be settling down overnight

Thanks Andy, not far from the finish line now.

I've added a pin wash (AK Paneliner Sepia) and a coat of VMS satin varnish.

Canopies, exhaust & wheels added. Just the noisy spinny things, landing gear doors, and bombs to bolt on, then maybe dirty her up a little.
