Here's my tribute to our great mate Ron .In a forgotten corner of a smallholding in the cheshire countryside sits a once proud Ferguson T20 , now retired and resting ,its once shiny grey now a dusty , rusty patina . Apart from the fergie , wheels on the trailer and the two big oil drums everything else was scratchbuilt with all sorts of bits and bobs .Done in 1/43 scale , heres the gallery including a few I took trying to replicate a full moonlit night . Build thread can be found here https://www.scalemodelling.co.uk/threads/forgotten-fergie.1277535/
As Ron would have done , theres points for the first one to spot the birds nest !

This ones for you mucker IMG_8476.webpIMG_8477.webpIMG_8478.webpIMG_8480.webpIMG_8481.webpIMG_8483.webpIMG_8484.webpIMG_8488.webpIMG_8487.webpIMG_8487.webp

Too easy Tony, the nest is just behind that missing board on the gable end.

Ron would've loved this.

Those moonlit pics are great! The whole build is fabulous. And surely the nest was built by a barn owl?

Tony, this is a lovely memorial build for Ron. One might even say it is a load of rubbish.

There are so many little details in there, right down to that little bird nest. Love the rustic look to the scene, I can almost smell the old wood and oil in that barn. It was evident that you very much enjoyed building this, and it was truly a pleasure to see it evolve.

Superb work mate.
