Hi guys n girls i I enjoyed my last mini art figure so much I went out and got another and here he is . I have to say that with abit of filler here and there and a bit of sanding they are not so bad after all and actually turn out rather good for painting. I only have two at the moment but can see these amounting into a legion lol thanks for looking and any comments regards JohnView attachment 79304

All looks good to me John, i'll be watching this one to see how you paint him.

John H

Looks a very nice figure!

Maybe the difficult is how much 'skin colour' you have to paint on it

Will be looking ;)

Haven't done this one I'll look forward to seeing how you get on with it

Comfy chair...check, foot stool...check, liquid and food replenishment...check, ok, I'm ready...and waiting:p

nice I'll look forward to seeing how you get on with this one gives ground for some blood   well cuts anyway

I would like to have the kahunas to build something like that , it looks big getting the skin right is a challenge good luck with it John I will be following this with interest

Well he's now finished and as was said all that skin was a problem but I did the best I could and found it to be a big learning curve so I have taken something out of this gladiator to be taken into my next figure I would like to do another at some point someone wanted blood on the finished model and I didn't want to disappoint so blooded he is. Anyways lots learned here's the pics thanks for looking and any comments cheers everyone regards John View attachment 79760

That looks superb, the metal work looks outstanding-lifelike. I think the flesh tones are spot on, great detailing and shading. I would love to have created this and think you have made it to a very high standard so well done.

Si:)

That is very good john the skin tones are spot on and that little bit of blood on the floor tops it off a treat.

superb, work there John, the skin tones look great, what ever problem you said you had dose not show, :)

great detail and shading all over and real like the metal work is great, well done and just the little

bit off blood real works and just adds what others would not do

Nice work John, not an easy subject to paint but youve pulled it off well
