Calling this finished now with the addition of two figures. This was the third attempt to paint them as I am not a figure painter. If you use the 30m rule they look ok ;)

Very nice indeed. That's what we've come to expect from you. Figures ain't half bad either.

That's lovely Scottie. Very well done....

Paul, they are good, seriously good. Top marks mate.

Paul.
What do you mean, you agree that "It'll do"?

You would be hard pushed to get it better, that's for sure! :)

The figures look excellent, as does the Greif. Show winners IMO.

Well done Scottie, including the figures. Just a little tip if you'd like to try...you've done all the shades and highlights to the flesh tones, all it needs now is just a thin filter of very thinned Vallejo Wood Grain or any reddish brown tone ink that would bring out the pinkish hue to the skin. Go over a few layers again after a few seconds in recessed areas until you see the effect you want. Hope this tip works for you just as it has for me.
PS, the brush has to be semi dry and don't let the paint puddle up.

Cheers,
Wabble

Well done. Another excellent piece. I especially like the dry/cracked earth on the base, a very rare detail.

Excellent as per Scottie.I can't tell you how many figure painting tutorials I have tried. Bought the exact paints, the exact brushes, followed step by step and always end up with a googly eyed circus clown. These however are pretty bloody good!

Yet another masterpiece Paul, its a production line of quality!!
