Hi Guys

like everybody, I will be glad to see the back of 2020, not so much directly due to COVID - Guernsey closed its borders and has been pretty clear of it - but my wife's diagnosis of cancer was delayed by 3 months due to the lockdown and so the second half of the year was focussed on her operation and chemo. Both look to have been successful, thankfully.

I'm looking forward to 2021 with trepidation; I am awaiting a call from a consultant in Southampton Hospital about my going there for an op on a kidney, but like everybody i am looking forward to the vaccine and a better 2021 with normality by the second half of 2021.

Happy new year to all members , this year has been a proper ball ache hasnt it , but if its shown us one thing its that we are more resilient than we knew and if we stick together and support each other then things can only get better . Jeez i sounded like a politician then didnt I!? Heres to ’21 being a fresh start and a return to some type of normality . I‘m off to bed now , so dont be waking me up with those bloody fireworks ! Happy new year all. It’s certainly been a challenging one & to many a year of disappointments, sacrifices and frustration but we’ve made it through and now we can look forward to what will hopefully be a more prosperous and rewarding new year and if not we still have our models...

I didn't want to tempt fate by celebrating early, but now we've actually made it I'd like to wish all of you, and any family or significant others you may have, all the very best for 2021.

I wholeheartedly agree with Mr Marlow; 2021 doesn't have to be a particularly great year, just not a total washout like the last one.

Happy New Year Everyone. Thanks for your support this year and keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. As John said I am really struggling sometimes with the after affects of this dreadful virus. Thank God my wife is a Respiratory therapist and calms me down when I have a spell and helps me get back on track of breathing. Hope 2021 finds us all well and get back to some kinda normal. Thanks again Lee.

Here's Wishing All of You Plastic,Resin & Etch Addicts and Family a Happy New Year and may the new year bring a brighter future.

Although the past year has been an over pouring of heartbreaking events, I hope it is not repeated, lessons learned will make us stronger and able to move forward not forgetting happy mogelling. :smiling2:

VERY WELL PUT Jim as all the guys an gals ive been tailking to on here has helped very much in keepin me sane as well as we live out in the sticks an there is no one to talk to within a few miles but the only good thing about this is as we hardly have any contact with anyone hopefully that will keep this ole plauge away chris an jen
