Richard,Well, these are the signs of Free Medical...phone calls saves money. I'm surprised he didn't say take two aspirins and call me in the morning or the modern equivalent of two paracetamols.
How do they do diagnostics check through the phone...what if the patient isn't able to explain or express himself?...Strange.

I was able to supply him with my blood pressure averages over the past week, and my blood sugar level readings. They seem to have a set form of questions that are based on my medical records, which they obviously have immediate access to. In some respects it's no different to a face-to-face meeting - same questions - bp etc. I don't know how it works if you can't express yourself - that's not a problem I've ever had!
