This is a nice looking aircraft mate, The gun bay looks good. Did the kit come like that or was it scratch built?

I like it a lot Theuns, this is one of the new tool Airfix kits that I haven't seen yet. Any problems with the build?

Built out the box totally ! They give the option to open both gun bays, I opted for only one.

No real build problems, just a little filler used on the wing to fuse joints.

Nice job Theuns, it looks great. That will grace any diorama for sure!

Cheers

Lovely job, particularly the weathering. I like the wheel wells and can't believe they are 1/72nd.

This should make a cracking diorama and should whet everyone's appetite for the new 1/24th scale offering!!

Beautiful build Theuns. It seems like it was just a few days ago you were asking about the rails, and here it is all done. Great job.

My favourite ever aircraft!

Really nice model of the Typhoon. The kit itself looks a very nice model and your finish is excellent.

Looking forward to seeing the setting for this bird.

All the best

Just finished this "diorama" of this Tiffy being re fueled and re armed in the Netherlands 1945.

The crew and the bowzer is the old 1/76 Airfix set.

I must still learn how to paint acurate figures in this scale, I also found it near imposable to get an absolutely matt finish on the uniforms without loosing the whole effect.
