The first thing that comes to mind is this is such a fake photo.Hi Ralph
You're doing so well and saving so much money you'll soon be able to afford something like this rather than just a rod :tongue-out3:

Cheers for the support Dave.I still say it's easier getting your fish from out between the chips!
Halfway through day 4 now? If so, you should have done the hardest bit. It starts to get easier from there - at least it did for me - but don't let your willpower ease up. Well done Ralph.
What do you mean fake - that's me enjoying my holiday in Blackpool last year. The wife is down below getting the chips on :tongue-out3: :smiling: :rolling: :smiling2:The first thing that comes to mind is this is such a fake photo.
Cheers Chris.Well done Ralph, and congrats on the outstanding rod choice! I hope it results in a record breaker!

I used to have a dog called woodbine Tim . He had no legs , I used to take him round the block for a quick drag .Cracking...now if you were a guitarist you would name the guitar.....if fishermen follow the same convention, I would suggest you call the rod woodbine, to remind you of the days you used to be a smoker......
That is good to hear,I also have shakespeare fly rods.
I will win.
Great to hear today’s been a bit easier for you Ralph , keep the iron will mate , on to the next stepping stone , eventually we will cross that river , and on the other side?...... a smoke free healthier, wealthier Ralph with a few new rods , setting up to catch some beautiful perch :thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2:
