Just completed and now on its base.
Interior pics are from the build as now you have a hard job to see into the cab - but it is all there - honest :smiling4:

Jim,
Many thanks, would have been finished earlier but the rubble delivery was late, try getting that lot up the stairs in a wheelbarrow with a flat tyre....
Mike.

Great paint job and finish. It’s a real pug ugly vehicle though.

Very nice indeed Mike.....what will you do next?..... I'm afraid this one will be hard to beat! :thumb2: Rick H.

Cracking work Mike, great finish & details, it does convey what a beast the real thing is.

Excellent work, both on the model and the simple base. It all comes together perfectly.

Thank you all for commenting, and the support during this build.
My wife and I ..... Sorry that was the state dinner speech...
Seriously, if i have encouraged one person to pick up a paint brush and apply paint, then this is all worth it and the harmfull fun it has done to my mentality...
I thank you all, and this build is now complete.
Matron on the way.
Hip Hop....

Love the finish you've achieved on the dozer blade.

That was AK Real Colors Aluminium sprayed on and then first brushed with gunmetal pigment, and then polished with a soft cloth, and repeat untill happy (the polishing that is)... Then I dabbed on matt varnish in the pattern I wantedand before it dried poured on a spoonfull of my mixed earth/sand mix and left to dry, again repeat untill happy.
Mike.
