Condolences to you and your family on Jono's passing. Thanks for the thread, it's a nice way to remember him here. I enjoyed seeing his builds. I'm sure he will remain in our minds as we build our various projects here.

Reading this actually resulted in tears. Rest in peace mate, cold beer raised for you Jono.

Condolences to you all.

Good night Jono, rest well

Lee :)

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely post about your father at such a difficult time. It can't have been easy. I too will raise my mug to Jono next time I sit at my bench failing to beat some plastic into shape.

You and your family have my sincere condolences.

Deepest sympathy.

Dad's are irreplaceable. My dad passed away in 1994. Way before I returned to scale modelling since childhood. I often think how he would've loved to have seen my models built as an adult.

As a child, me and my dad used to sit and watch WWII films and World at War together. Treasured memories.

Thanks for posting. It's made me reflect on some great memories of my dad.

Sorry for your loss condolences to you and your family,he and his builds will be missed,

I've only just seen this thread, sorry for the lost of your Dad. Lost my Dad in September so know the feeling you are going through, it's hard and it does get better but not straight away. You'll be sat there one day and a big smile will be on your face because you've remembered something silly he did, it's the good things you have to remember that gets you through it.

My condolences to you and your family.

I think that as this message was posted a year ago, almost to the day I feel that out of respect that this thread should now be closed.
I am sorry if this upsets people but I fear that it is opening a deep wound to keep reminding his son and family of their loss.
