Thanks for all the kind words everyone!!!.Ian I painted the tires semigloss black then dry brushed ground rust colored pastel on followed by testors dullcoat.

Thanks Dave,you're right I was'nt and I'm still learning. The huge support from all here has been a great help in that arena ,so glad I found this site you guys are great!
