Postie dropped this off an hour ago. View attachment 395508
I got it for less than £40 delivered so quite happy. Should keep me going for a while once started as the box is packed to the hilt with plastic.

Andy.

From an early delivery from postie, amid a parcel of paints, I got this

I have had a go at this before, but for some reason made a mess of it. I have the Italeri Zundapp in the stash, but it ain't a patch on this - no less than 158 parts..........................
Dave
Are the spoke plastic or etch dave ?

seems a bit strange that out of the two options you cant actually build whats on the box front ?

Just plastic, Steve, but very finely moulded ( Zvezda don't do PE ). As to the man/pig, it would have to be a piglet for both to fit in the sidecar!

Found those oldies yesterday in a flea market for a total cost of 13€.

The Airfix figure is dated 1974 but the cover doesn't lie... inside it is as new.
The sacks are made of a very soft, rubber-like, plastic, but they are nicely moulded and, I suppose, as old as Washignton.

Having some overtime money to spend, I got me these from Spain.
Read a great review about it when it came out with a Jap magazine awile back and hopefully they build as their Star Wars line (which was perfect) and a couple of brushes to complete the collection at the bench:

Too bad no missiles in the kits, so the weapon set was an extra Ebay purchase.

More in this lot, ordered these on last week Monday from John and got them Thursday, talk about swift service from him and the courier:

Decent prises and great service again, the B-25 is a copy from the Accurate Miniatures kit btw.
Compared the sprues from my C/D to this one and the only thing Revell altered was adding a more visible sprue code, going to be a nice ML/KNIL one:hungry:

As a wingy you can never have enough Cats:nerd:…

These arrived this morning for the next build I have planned. I put very cheeky (practically rude) offers on Ebay, and to my great surprise all three were accepted. I only really wanted one!

While the boxes are completely destroyed, thankfully the contents seems unaffected. A quick look through and I am very excited about the 6 Axle wagon...it looks incredibly made. Really clear directions, colour codes and photo references throughout the instructions, of both focused parts and the wagons in use, extensive PE etc. I'm looking forward to it already.

Well,my curiosity for unusual looking,(to me anyway),Allied stuff is still growing!
Once again it comes in Canadian guise rather than British, but it was too much for me to turn down! Looks a very nicely detailed kit, with one helluva lot of parts!!
What a funky bus............

You're a lucky dog Jack. I've been trying to get the SVP double pack of the OMMR for a long time for my ongoing Project. Can't wait to see what you have in mind for it......

My friend found a store about 45 kms away that stocks the Vallejo products and we made a visit. Needed things,

IMG_2104.JPG
Now of course with all these wing thingy paints, I needed somewhere to put them as my racks are all full. Hobby Zone to the rescue,

IMG_2103.JPG
They hang on the wall over my other racks. The left one is for 26mm bottles and the right one is for 36mm bottles..........

Now to keep me from buying more kits, I won some helpers from evilbay to bring me in line, with force, if necessary!!!

The 3rd guy from the left is PO'd with my kit buying and the 2 guys with paddles want to beat me if I buy any more.............No Kits!!!!!!

Interesting … Until I read a post on another forum yesterday, I had never heard of this brand before, and now here’s another person who has a set of these :)

The Otter was mainly a Canadian vehicle, after all …

I will try and go step by step when I make this one. The instructions are the best I have ever seen (yet to know if they truly make sense), and the parts look immaculate. But no, never heard of the manufacturer before...but looks like they are limited to a very modest selection of railway trucks, and a set of 1/48 pilots. Www.sabremodel.com

Those HZ racks are the business, just want them to do a hanger for my oils now.

Hi Karl, Don't know if this is what you want, but HZ does make an oil paint tube holder. Model HZOM050 and holds 28 tubes,

Hope this helps. John should stock them in his store......
