Lovely stuff. The S model kits I made up for the Simon T group build were really good kits. Excellent fit and great detail. The best I’ve ever made in Braille scale.
These certainly look good on the sprue. Hopefully the build will bear that out.Lovely stuff. The S model kits I made up for the Simon T group build were really good kits. Excellent fit and great detail. The best I’ve ever made in Braille scale.
That lady looks very much like Matron !Well this arrived from John today.....the usual superb service, and at a cracking price too:thumb2:,
To go with my current General Ruoff`s staff car build.........
Didn`t like the supplied Tamiya Kit`s figures and couldn`t find any resin ones that twigged my interest..... and then saw these!
I quite like ICM stuff,i think they still suffer from some savage reviews of their early kits and, therefore are under rated and,as i suspected,........these figures are rather nicely done:hungry:
Andy
Steve plenty of areas for weathering on these , you'll be in your element.:thumb2::thumb2::thumb2::nerd:It's this bad ass brute
Oh tell me more please Andrew !Hi guys
So some arrivals this week.
Reinforcements for Junior's Brit recon elements and some new soldiers, the Airfix ones I have really are not very good and according to the Plastic Soldier Review site these are supposedly the best at this scale. I'll do some of the M3A3's as turretless jalopy versions
The M3A3s were my first order from China via AliExpress - only 14 days dead on. Actually a very good experience as Dave pointed out a couple of weeks ago. Very good tracking and as he pointed out they operate an escrow service, so your payment isn't released until you confirm you're happy with the order. All in all very impressed.
I'm blaming the Tank Museum for these two.......in short I've ordered an updated reprint of a David Fletcher book, which should have arrived this month. However, it been delayed due to circumstances outside their control and so they have gave a 15% discount to everyone affected.....it would have been rude not to take advantage. Six kits, seven different possible versions at £6.50 per kit!!
I only need one of the Valetines for what I have in mind so I might a couple of vignettes with the other two....they even come with Russian commander........hear that John, a Russian commander!!!

Andrew
Cheers Dave I should have looked on scalemates.Scottie,
It is, in fact the Italeri model - Revell did a reboxing in 2006.............
Dave
As I explained I only needed one kit for what I originally have planned and whilst you can buy them individually, when you add P&P they work out at £10-11..... whereas with the discount the three were £19......so I have two 'spares'......I understand that these were soon relegated to second line units by the Russians but I was thinking it would have been rude not to do something, so watch this space!Oh tell me more please Andrew !
I’ll see about posting a quick thread about itThat's exactly what I'm going to do - probably with three out of the four. If you've got any pic I'd be interested just to see how you did it.]
Thx Jakko. Very kind of you!!I’ll see about posting a quick thread about it :smiling3:

HA!! You too eh Pete?!!:tears-of-joy::tears-of-joy:Two that I didn't really need but as they were there (you know the rest)
And ten more bismarck magazines to keep me busy.
SandSmodels. They're a two man operation They've had an unofficial association/relationship with Armourfast for years and for a long time were the only people doing AM stuff for their kits, although someone else does it now and AF has an official tie up with them.. They're located in Burnham-on-Sea.So what’s the name of the company Andrew?
Well let's see some hustle, Paul ! Jump to it !Been after this vehicle for ages. I was looking for the Italeri offering but couldn't find one anywhere. Not normally a fan of Reville but it did come with the Eduard etch and a metal barrel. Looking forward to starting this.
cheers
Scottie
Wow ! That's one foxy lady !That lady looks very much like Matron !
Great to model Andy , I did the Russian version. Seem to remember it went together well , tracks were the hardest for me .Picked this up today.
A small box crammed with lots of tiny parts. :smiling5:
