There were lots of Transits at the show Steve, but much care was needed to find the cheapest. They ranged from £20 to £36!

Good meet up with the "Cosford Massive" today at 12 noon. Nice cuppa accompanied with biscuits n cakes and a good chat. A £5 group build was suggested so I've acquired a few kits below in the 1st picture which will qualify. The rest i just fancied along with a few non runners for the grand nation which will now become future battlefield casualties of my ww1 diorama. All in all a cracking day out and I really enjoyed it although i feel there were a few clubs and traders missing from previous years. Cheers everyone.View attachment 296808View attachment 296807View attachment 296806View attachment 296803View attachment 296802View attachment 296801

The Challenger is for the unofficial bought for a fiver or under Cosford GB.
The figures are going towards the Coyote, Jackal and quads diorama I'm slowly working on. I know the last lot are German but they will paint up as squaddies at rest or loading the vehicles.
The plastic in the bags are wing folds for the Gannet.

You do know she's gonna find out when your bedroom ceiling collapses under the weight of all your kits?

Scary thing is Dave we're relocating to the Lake District later on this year. I'm dreading the unveiling of all my stash which I've been sneaking past her for the last 10 years. There could be trouble on the horizon lol.

Went to have a look around the new hobby craft centre that has just opened in Lincoln and came out with these....View attachment 297021

Latest haul from a mail order company from Australia.
I was really after that Eduard Fw 190A-7 profipack in 1/48, especially the old tool one as the new tool one omits the engine and you have the buy extras...
And it was going for 33 AUD/18 pounds! Really good deal.
THe paint rack was needed for obvious reasons.
The brassin engine is for my Eduard 1/48 BF 109G-6 which is in the stash with a brassin cockpit already (that will be a highly detailed build in the future, I am just saving up for the brassin radio compartment next)
Cheers, John
