like busses, no finished models for ages then along come two!

inspired by the SAS TV series at the start of the year here is my version of the Tamiya kit and one of the Resicast kits, this one a update load for the vehicle with the breda gun. I did't have that version of the Tamiya kit so put some figures into the space where the gun would have been. The figures are by Homefront Miniatures.

Crikey Peter, you're a machine I tell ya... bloody love this, the paintwork looks totally spot on mate, and those figures are brilliant.. :thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2:

Lovely finish Peter. Like the stain on the side of the flatbed. Like the figures too.

Cheers,

Cheers guys. Thanks for the kind words.

the figures are top quality (far better than the Tamiya ones) and a joy to paint..

the cammo net was medical bandage dipped in very diluted white glue and lefg to dry in place.

That is a splendid build Peter. But I can't help wondering, is it crying out for a little desert base of some sort ?

Hi Guys

glad you like it. Colin - yes it would look nice on a base, but I am trying to finish a number of projects so I can start my ECW cavalry charge dio so no base , at least for now. And it takes up less room!

Take a bow Peter, yet another masterpiece from you.
'Sea of Sand' watched not so long ago - LRDG war film with Sir Richard Attenborough.
