Yes thanks Andrew ,better now.Hi John
Hope all is well sorry I've not commented on this before.
That is coming on very nicely indeed.
Missed you at the model show. How's your chest? All recovered I hope.
Andrew
No Andrew, the white one he uses at 18.54 .Good to hear John!
If you mean the light brown stuff that he uses on to do weld breads, that's Tamiya..... I'm sure the quick dry version...

Thanks Andy I'll have a look :nerd:John, I remember looking around for something similar a while back. The nearest I could find was foam putty from the 4d model shop you once suggested to me.
I never got around to buying any but it does seem quite similar watching their video.
That's it Andy, I sent them an email on Saturday, hoping they have a uk stockist , other wise its the customs and post office route.
Thank you Wibble, PM sentWhat ho Wobble,
Good to see you hard at it and not lazing the day away watching day time tv and getting corrupted by all those irrelevant talk shows, so when are we going to see you on Tipping Point?????
Catching up on your build again, you are truly a master of the dark art of brick scribing, I tried it a few times and finished up with scrap foam all over the floor, at least the mice got some free insulation for their winter nest...
Cheers
Wibble
Let me know how you get on John! That's it Andy, I sent them an email on Saturday, hoping they have a uk stockist , other wise its the customs and post office route.

The name, BTW, means “ultralight modelling putty”. Apparently it’s water-based and adheres best to hard foam, wood and polystyrene, according to the text on the tub in the photo you posted.

Just had a look, no mention of any, must have removed it. Thanks any way.

Thats the one I saw John.
Not sure if it's the same, or any better than regular filler though
