A wonderful result. Masking that canopy and the camo scheme - all credit to your patience and skill.
Great result Tony, love the camocheers
I know nothing about wingy thingys but I know I like that alot.
That is impressive camo - and to have completed across the canopy as well. I'd be well chuffed to get that level of detail for a 1/72
Thanks guysLovely result Tony, I enjoyed following your build of this little kit. The camouflage is very eye-catching. I look forward to seeing the dark blue version.
Cheers paul , actually I was surprised it didnt take longer . Probably about an hour in total , but split into three sessions - after a bit your eyes need a reset ! The hardest thing was avoiding repeating the shapes and unwittingly making a recognisable pattern . The paint pen was a revelation though - not having to constantly keep loading up the brush or worry about paint drying on the tip saved a load of time .That camo came out great
Did it take long? Need much practice?
Cheers Ian , ive got some more subjects in the stash that might be getting the paint pen treatment !Great work on the camouflage Tony, and a cracking build.
