Hi folks. First thanks for having me. Second, I have returned to model making after a break of 43 years, and boy have things changed lol. So please be patient as I am likely to ask silly questions

(BTW,there is no such thing as a silly question, and you'll always get a reply or several from someone on the site:hugging-face:)
 
From the standpoint of working in retail, when somebody starts with 'This is a silly question...' it NEVER is

Welcome Raven. The only daft question is the one you don’t ask. Mind you, sometimes the answers can fall into that category LOL…..

Welcome to the club. Like you I restarted my model making after a very long absence and yes!!!! things have moved on.
Like many on here will tell you, no such thing as a silly question. You may get some daft answers!!!! (Especially from me - because I'l relatively new too - only been here a year and have I learned a few things, OK OK - a lot of things).
But do join in with the mirth and merriment.
