This is looking the part now. The yellow issue. Maybe mask over the leading edge yellow, and tone the decal down with a filter ?

Managed to get the rest of the decals on and a clear-coat over the top ready for the next stages.



This is as far as she'll get for a couple of weeks or so as the wife and I are off on our Euro road trip. That will give the gloss clear plenty of time to cure.

Getting this one closer to the finish line. After tinkering with a bit of light weathering, I shot some of the lovely VMS satin over it. Once that's had time to cure it will pretty much just be the final assembly to do.....

Well, thanks to Colin for getting this GB off the ground and apologies for not getting finished within the time frame or for the lack of updates.

However, my Spitfire is now finished - finally - and the completed shots will shortly appear in the appropriate completed section.
