Hi all

in case you missed my posing in the 'latest aquisitions' thread, this is what my brother gave me for my birthday - some 28mm figures of Nogin the Nog:

Come on Paul, now I’ve got that theme tune playing as an ear worm in my head :tongue-out3:

Hi Peter
That brings back memories from my childhood. I had no idea that figures of the characters were available. Great start on Noggin. They say that the illustrations in the books were inspired by the Lewis Chessmen.

Sorry for the poor photo but I have finished Noggin's son, Knut, as well as a little wooden base to pit the figures on:

Hi Peter
Excellent. Between your painting and the sculptor's skills you have got them spot on.

Hi guys

I'm back in Guernsey after a week in the UK - very strange having to wear a mask etc. Something we are not used to, but because of a recent decision to allow all double vaccinated people from the Common Travel Area in without any test nor quarantine, I expect Covid will become endemic in Guernsey so masks may well be needed.

Anyway onto happier things, an update on noggin. I have finished his wife and his trusty adviser Graculus:

Not sure who next, possibly Thor Nogson.
