Got the engine painted and put together.

Also painted the framework we’re the engine’s going to sit. They need weathering a little though.

My apologies this completely passed me by. Just had a catch up some lovely work with some great detail. I will keep an eye out now.

Moved on a little with this one. Engine fitted and lots of framework built and painted.

Got most of the framework built, painted and fitted. Also put the PE onto the sides.

I’ve seen on some builds online that this is a tail sitter. So I’ve put some lead into the IP, and I’ll put some onto part C20 on the inside .

Cracking work Ian , lots of fiddly struts and stuff but a fascinating build . I never realised there was a small propeller on the front of the engine, obviously to provide cooling for the radial engine , and I also never saw that the rotor system is the twin intermeshing type , used later by Kaman on the Huskie . No you don’t get one, and being 1/35 there’s not many seated pilots around
