I agree that you'll make a good job of this Ian, got every confidence to be honest. looks like you've made a good start as well.

Just keep the piccies coming so we can see the progress ok :)

And thanks Ian for the info on the kit, interesting stuff and nice to see that people with knowledge of the original have had a major part in the model design.

Yes Ian and the small matter of the RIGGING not much else to do

 Well yes there is that as well. And there is lots of it... Have you seen that thread "to much string" might be a useful one for reference

I could do a BPSNICK and add it to the photos afterwards :grinball1: Only kidding i will do it the old fashioned way and fit it myself

:tongueout3:

Right I found that thread I referred to it was this one:

A great example. Have fun.....

Human hair as rigging? Now there's a thought. Sadly, the only hair I have enough of to spare, is neither long nor straight. What I was wondering about was the wire that is wrapped around some bottles of Spanish wine.

just going through my fishing stuff getting ready for the fly season. . . . i seem to have a varying range of rigging sizes in the form of leader monofilament.

if you get stuck i'll send you a selection down.

Thanks Colin if i need any i will give you a shout. Not much more work done on this what with the school holidays and the wife.

Thanks Tony. A quick question are the tail end connectors on the wings noticeable or should they be smooth like the wings ? If you can understand my Question

I think they should be smooth ian , ive been looking at a few images online . I would fill the grooves but leave the raised part so you know where the tail booms need to be attached. cheers tony

Thanks Tony had a look at some pictures myself but wasn't too sure. Looks like more filling and sanding then

From what I have read PC10 could of been any thing between Olive green and Brown.

The few I have painted I have used vallejo Model color, Russian Green. If you want it darker a few drop of brown should do the trick.
