Got some more done with this.
I will add the Pilot is nowhere near finished.
Added some lead wire to the undercarriage cylinder and got it all painted.
Got the cockpit and wheel wells weathered, I think it’s ready to put it all together now.
Coming along nicely. I noticed the wings seem to have very nice detail.

Got a little problem, just starting the undercarriage and found a damaged support strut. Broken and a bit missing. It’s part 240.

Just got an email from Airfix, saying due to the COVID pandemic the spares department is running late so there may be a long wait for parts. So I’ll crack on until I can go no further.
Got some more work done to this, I think I’ll be ready for some external painting soon.
Great work Ian. The legs look very much like metal.
