Pauls Scammel and Churchill.... Airfix 1/76

Great choice mate, brings back memories for me, as I'm sure I built the little Scammel transporter when I was a nipper, about 10 or 12, so nearly 50 years ago! Lol.....Will look forward to seeing how it turns out... 
Those are two iconic old Airfix kits. Hopefully they will still build up nicely. Should be fun.
Ive done the scammel a few times and not had much drama but ive always had problems with the churchill, this time ive got an idea to try something different with the road wheels
I remember building one when they came out (!) I Now have "one or two" of the newer ones in 1/35

Lots of variation in this GB, and you've chosen another very interesting subject Paul.
Slow progress..... The churchill has been as fiddly as always and the scammel is taking a lot of clean up as the flash is pretty bad in places but slowly bashing it into shape

Looking good. These old kits can scrub up well.
Ive done the scammel several times over the decades.... This is by far the worst example with regards to flash and poor moulding..... But im getting there
Despite that you have it shaping up very well. Great job.
