Scale Model Shop

Project modelling room!

Thanks Tim

It's 3 metre by 1.7 metre, so plenty of space, I hope
We’ll it’s bigger than the one I used for twenty odd years Bob. It was about seven by five in old money…..when I cleared it for the house move (so it looked like an “office” to purchasers) I was amazed at how much stuff I had crammed into it…….

Looking good Bob. You'll have decide which model from your stash will Christen the new bench.

Well if it’s a big old floaty thing Bob, you’ll have to get Mrs Stug to smash a bottle of champagne on the door to declare it open….l

Very nice Bob and well deserved after all the crap you've had.

Nice building work, can I ask what you are doing with the floor ?

I think he's gonna have one John he'll never reach the bench otherwise!! ;) :smiling2:lol

Sorry:smiling4:, Ive not had a slap in a while:smiling5:

Trust you Mark :smiling2: I was thinking about OSB floor on battens, mainly to keep it slightly warmer and more pleasant to stand on .;)

Thanks John sure keeping me busy, floor wise, not a lot. Got a rug ( no not a old wig ) to put down. Also a nice office chair.

A rug? The carpet monster will love that.
Pete

I bet you love it in there so much you will do all your modelling in there.
If the floor is dry just a basic frame work and some 18 mm OSB ( Sterling Board ) will be the bee's knees Bob .

I'm also jealous Bob.
Love to see it finished.
Just in the corner of a small office for me, but cosey :)

How dare you sir!

Was going to try the Mr Bean method.

Get one tin of paint, add a firework, light, run and hide. Hy presto finished

Oh your going to be so happy in there Bob, well deserved with all the crap you've had to put up with recently.:thumb2:
