I wouldn't worry. It's the curse of digital cameras showing everything up and not looking at something from a normal viewing distance. Thanks Andrew. It always strikes me how crude this stuff looks in pictures.

Thanks Jim. Glad you like it. One more to do, then basing......Hi Tim
That is very, very nice indeed. More impressive at 1/72. The tub of brush cleaner really brings home just how much detail you have got into such a small model. Figures work well.
Jim
Great work Tim. That has turned out very nicely indeed.Hi all
First one is now assembled. The OOB example still needs more paint. Once they are both done I will work on the basing. Here are some shots to be going on with.
The gun has been roped down using Eze line heavy, then painted with earth colour. The metal parts have been highlighted with a 6B pencil to give them a metallic shade. The wear areas on the tracks don’t show well in the pictures but they are there...
Hope you like it, and if you want more info, please ask.
Many thanks Peter, though I’ve just not I forgot to paint the shell in the loaders hand! Can’t get at it now though :flushed:It doesn't get much better than that. Very fine work indeed Tim.
Thanks Si. Glad you like it.Excellent Tim....looks fantastic from here :smiling4: :thumb2:
Many thanks Peter. I appreciate your support. As others have said; impressive.
Peter
Thanks PaulTim,
That is a cracking result mate.
Cheers Andy. Most of the visible detail is actually on the kit. I would recommend S models unreservedly. The fit, finish, and detail were top notch. So, that's a jumbo party bucket of brush soap, right? :tongue-out2:
As Jim says it really puts a perspective on the build, showing just how much detail you have packed into a tiny volume. Love it!
Thanks Steve. That is a compliment I will treasure.Happy New Year Tim. I have had a great catch up reading through your blog. Your work is a real joy to watch.
