Scale Model Shop

Scotties Skoda RSO Rich models 1/35.

Excellent execution on build & improvements.

It might just be me but I can't see yesterday's pictures, just "view attachment" a number of times, clicking on which takes me to an error message.

Yes Andy, @John apparently something 'broke' after an 'image swap' server update this morning, my threads have similar issues... Not sure if the update is stil running in the background or we need to replace our images ourselfs? Cheers

I will let the guy know that did the import, don't change anything, he did say he had to import the images again after fixing the issue with random pictures showing in some posts.

Hi mate I will repost.

Nice update Paul
Thanks Lee.

Chair pulled up wow lovely detail great work.

Cheers Brian, but easy compared with your Victory build.

Glad the pictures can be seen. Chassis looks great - shame it will be largely covered up. Excellent looking storage lockers

Just checked, it is 1/35 - how you can get so much detail in is astounding. Awesome work

Following along Scottie. I love anything a bit quirky like this.

I wanted to have the bonnet side off so the engine can be seen, the kit panel is moulded in one part but the actual panel is two pieces and has a piece fitted to the bodywork with the locking catches so I had to make one. The long groove used to locate the panel had to be filled as well.

The interior cab light was replaced with some punched plastic and wire for the cage

The rain gutters were carefully shaped using a scribing tool to create the channel from the solid moulding.

DSCF0507.webp

The cab floor has been added and distressed.

The various levers have been replaced with copper wire. The two vertical straps will be replaced later.

cheers
Scottie
