that is one wired little thing would not get me up in that one lol, :confused:

Great pics, Steve. It always amazes me how agricultural and basic some of those early jet prototypes were, I visited Cosford a few years ago and was struck by the same thing. That Pro-Resin kit's really nice, isn't it?

That aircraft looks really interesting straight of Dan Dare or A Gerry Anderson TV series. The natural finish will be really nice to recreate and will make for one very attractive finished model,

Well that's unusual, with out the power of google, am I right in guessing it was some sort of V/STOL aircraft ?

yes it was used by Shorts as a vertical take off plane just before the harrier , I have 1 in my stash and I will attempt to build it at some stage
 
You might want to look at the new rattle cans from humbrol for that one. Metal coat in a spray can. Brilliant.
