I use the desktop background to revolve around various photos I have taken down the years, currently it is using ones from this years Duxford show and currently has Sally B in close up. I had one of Sally B made into a mouse mat too.

OK techies , how do I post a picture of my desktop? And please , in idiot friendly language!!

Got to your desktop and then look on your keyboard for the PRT SC button, normally on the right hand side above the numeric keypad, press this once. Then use the mouse to paste in your post and there be your desktop piccie.

Nothing happens Si , should I have minimised the forum page?

Er, maybe you have to press function FN button and PRT SC. Failing that open up a paint program, then minimise, PRT SC again and see if you can paste it into your paint program, save and then upload that way.

Its still not playing Si , I'll concede defeat ! Its just a picture of the Fred Olsen express Catamaran ferry leaving Playa Blanca harbour , Lanzarote , I'll leave it to your imaginations!! cheers Tony ( the computer whizz !)

Is a colour draw of the main protagonist of the film "The Rocketeer"! I love the steampunk and similar fiction :D
