Seen everywhere, skid steerers are a common sight, but I think this is the first in injection moulded 1/35 . These are made by CASE, 1900 ordered for the US Army..................

The skid steer looks interesting. I remember watching one of these with a fork lift attachment loading up the contaminated police vehicles onto flatbeds during the Novichok incident in Salisbury. Not often an international incident happens at the end of your street.....

I was just thinking much the same: they look like useful figures for all kinds of 20th century to modern dioramas. Only the dress with the apron on the little girl seems old-fashioned enough it would need a bit of work to be used for about any time between the 1930s and the present day. Well, and the two figures on the left are more ca. 1970s to present. Still, very useful figures, if you ask me.

I think it's a real shame that IBG make their WW 1 gun in 1/35 scale. This type of model is just crying out for 1/24 or even bigger.

I've just had an email from Jadlam Toys & Models, title - " NEW Airfix Bentley Now Available! "
I thought I'd missed something - but no, it's the 1971 1/12 tooling in it's 6th ( or 7th ) Airfix reboxing.
Must be close to breaching the Trade Description Act to call it "New"

I’d never heard of it, but just a little bit of reading up on it makes me think it’s an odd choice for a model kit — unless it’s aimed at converters?

Had to give this one a quick Google.....WW2 and shchuka means pike ,like you said a good parts count ,shame no etch for rails etc but still looks good might be a go to just for a change from my usual ,and thanks for your work on this coloum . Dave

No Problem
I prefer waterline models of submarines, but it seems a shame to throw away all those bits & hack the hull down to a thin sliver...........................

Didn't it originally have full cast wheels no individual spokes you just painted the gaps black ?
