Without a doubt, the camera magnifies everything!Looks better in real life Joe.
Thanks Ian.Coming along very nicely
Looking good Steve, canopy looks great
Canopy all masked off. Seams smoothed out and a bit of rescribing on a couple of panel lines on top side. Wings and pylons fitted.Coat of primer on.
Also assembled some of the ordnance and applied some primer.
Thanks for looking.
Yes I am Joe. It has gone together like a glove. Makes such a change from some of my recent horrorsClos to getting some paint on Steve. Looks like you are enjoying the Hasegawa experience![]()
Thanks Neil. Pre shade and Olive drab going on today.Anticipating the real colours now. Good work so far.
Yes it does have that look. The Apache is a menacing looking beastGreat progress steve , pilots look excellent . Without its wheels or rotors its giving me Stingray vibes ! Looking forward to the paint , cheers tony

Humbrol Enamel 155 Drab Olive Gern. Tamiya Acrylic grey primer and enamel matt white for preshade. I suspect the varnish will darken the paint further when applied. What paint did you use for the green?
Thanks Gern. I dont normally use pilots but made the exception in this case. Those figures are an excellent addition to the cockpit.
