Take three tanks, coffee stirrers, twigs, a door, polystyrene and some filler. Gently stir...

Thanks boys, I'm glad you like the progress thus far.

I've started to highlight the tank tracks and applied a bit of frost to the bridge woodwork.

It'll be the ice or winter trees next.
Thanks for looking in.

Thanks Pete... :thumb2:

I've moved on to the winter trees.
All supplied by mother nature and stuck into the polystyrene ground.

The jury is out regarding the tree wedged under the bridge.

Still plenty of ground cover to add also some more trees and snow, but I have laid down the basic stuff.

Thanks for looking.

Gent? That's me! I like it. Go to the front of the class Chris, and give out the pencils!
The sub. back end is languishing in my spares box - For now.... ;)

Thanks also to Ian, Jim and Pete for your input too.... .:thumb2:

wow, that's some nice ground-bridge-water and gardening work mate. Very effective!

570, I can see you are in your element, only one thing that's nagging me, (since you mentioned it) is the lack of ripples around the flora obstruction under the bridge. Assuming of course, there is a current. If not, ignore this and press on. Loverly gardening BTW.
Cheers, Rick H.

It aint finished yet.... and I usually leave any water 'til last job.

Im utterly blown away Ron, like I am with all your work! Always a pleasure to watch you do your thing :smiling4:

Ron

Quite simply stunning, absolutely top, top, top draw and worthy of any magazine, book etc.

I'm personally barely able to assemble and paint a kit to a reasonable standard, let alone scenery and so I wondered how you acheived the water effect. I know there are plenty of products out there but I wondered what you used for this.

Again, very well done indeed.

That’s looking great Ron, as for the tree in the water, or should I say on top of the water. That’s the problem Ron.
