Just got back from the Telford show and thought i would post a few pics taken with my iphone.The Skraiders are the Zokei Mura 1/32 models.These kits are on sale for £100 at the show.I wouldnt pay that sort of money for a kit but they are very impressive.My favourites were the Luftwaffe diarama's.And i was very impressed by the Boeing 787 roll out Diarama.Look at all those hand painted 144 figures!.

There's LOTS of them so I'll post them in sections. Apologies for the poor quality of some, but I only have a cheapo camera. Having seen the contraptions some of the visitors to the shows carry around with them , I'd swear the only reason they're there is to give them an excuse to use their cameras and gadgets - they're not really interested in the models at all!

That Boeing dio is impressive i agree.

If i were back in England i would have gone to this ... would have only been 30 odd miles and not the 230 it is now.

It was a 375 mile round trip for me from Southend.But i was determined to go .The last big IPMS show i went to was in the nineties when they were held at Donington.

good on ya dave .... wish it was a little earlier in the year to be honest ... I had to prioritise on this ... we have 6 children (with their partners) between us so spending £100 odd on fuel when Xmas is just round the corner seemed a little extravagant.

Hi dave , great pics! I hope youre not skint now, i expect you went home with a few big scale goodies? The show looks massive and the standard of displays is excellent, the 2 pics that really made me go WOW! are the aircraft carrier loaded to the max with tiny aircraft and the boeing rollout with the crowd of tiny people! cheers tony

Some fantastic builds there Dave. The Arado looks very impressive I presume that it was on the Revell stand. Here's hoping mine comes out ok definitely one to aspire to.

It was my second show and was a great day out with many truly remarkable exhibits.

As for my wallet it did not take too much of a pounding as I already have a couple of models lined up but did make a few purchases on little extras. the best bargain was a turntable for £3.95!

Hi Guys, Thanks for posting these great pictures. I hope that no one objects but I have merged the three threads into one. It does make it a bit easier to find them having them all in on place and as the subjects are more than a tiny bit related, I think it is for the best.
