very nicely done .... radial engined aircraft have such an imposing look about them ... great detail ...lindsey

Beautiful work vaughan, flawless finish. The machine guns look perfect , great rescue!. A definite 5 star job, cheers tony

Well Vaughan a cracking build some hard work put into this one and it shows a BIG 5 from me

That's a real beauty Vaughan! I still say it was a waste hiding that engine behind the cowling, but you've left plenty of other good stuff to look at!

Gern

PS Excellent recovery job as Tony has said.

hi there Vaughan- i agree with yr decision to put on the proper cowling rather than the "see thru" one but good to see that u took some pics of the fine motor ....very nice it is too ...Lindsey

A beautifully made model, very well done, a standard to aspire to.

Thanks Guys for all your kind and encouraging comments. This model had a lot of ups and downs but I'm very pleased with the end result. Thanks again.

Vaughan.

Super job there Vaughan. That engine is fantastic. Seams a shame to hide it away but the choice not to use the clear cowlings was a good one.

Nice!

Lovely job on this one. Top quality, clean, build and a beautiful paint job,no wonder you are pleased with it. I was particularly stuck by the lovely detail in the wing folds, very well done.

Cheers

Steve

Thanks Vaughan, but the guys are right. Although hiding that detail is a pity, the whole thing looks daft without the cowling!

You could always pose it with the prop removed and a couple of workstands as if it's being fixed though. Does anybody make mechanic figures in 1/32 I wonder?

Hi Vaughan,

She looks beautiful, I love the cockpit detail, it looks like it has just come off the production line and is getting ready for her first mission...

Top marks from me...:no1b:
