Can anyone advise me how to produce realistic cobwebs and spiders' webs on models? I am particularly interested in creating them on 1/12 scale models. Many thanks.

Hi Pat.
Here is a couple of things I tried.
The Alien dio I made has the stringy web resin stuff, I used just contact glue and stretched out using a toothpick from one piece to another, can go a tad brittle thought.
The Dalek dios I made used the stretchy halloween web stuff.
May give you some ideas.

Try hairspray in an airbrush if you have one. I did it once and it sprayed cobwebs all over the place!
Sounds perfect Ian , although i bet it was a nightmare to clean the airbrush after!!
