I had the great good luck to work on it as a film prop-maker in the last 6 months of the shoot, which was brilliant. But aside from my personal involvement I really enjoyed it, and SWMBO watched the whole series with me and she also thoroughly enjoyed it (phew)

Now that is a great film. Very highly regarded by the Titanic survivors themselves apparently and based on the Walter Lord book that is a definitive resource of the event. The 1997 film is a visual treat though.
