What's on the Bench 2024

I wonder why they haven't got a five point harness? All the Wessex, 1's, 3's and 5's), I have ever worked on had 5 point harness'. Were the harness' with the kit or aftermarket Mark??
 
Doug the belts are etch that comes with the kit, I will double check ive not missed them cos that is a possibility lol

The Albatros W.4 is getting finished up. Still working my way around the new forum too. It sucks to be old, but so far, so good as I managed this and another post...

Well there is this on my bench at the moment.

I really have a bad habit of building as much as I can before I start to paint! These are the parts divided up into which bits are mostly the same colours. Cabs are a problem as they need both inside and outside painting... Hmm

Oh! Shiny. The laderframe and bed rails are also painted, just another place to dry.
 
I've been working on this old (1982) Airfix kit of the F-104F Thunderchief. Not a great kit shape wise, but a bit of pure nostalgia for me - I remember building one as a kid. Pretty much done, I just have to sort out the load and do a bit of work on the fuselage pylon and MER.

All the paint was done with a brush and Hataka blue-line paints.

Planes Dave!!.Wow looking fine and Dandy.Cant go wrong with a Churchill ( Ohhhh yesssssss).Got a few 72nd Churchills in the stash of much shame
