Who needs a jab when you've already tested positive?

Takes about 2 weeks to start feeling "Human" again........Hang in there, you'll be enjoying that prime slice of "Ribeye" soon. :thumb2: Rick H.

Stick with it Jim. Time is your ally here. As Rick says, the worst symptoms go off in about two weeks, but don’t rush it. I took about a month to get my sense of taste back, but my sense of smell is nowhere near as good as it was. I’d like one of those steaks though ;)

Thanks guys we'll get through this alright, I just feel bad for Mamma though, she don't deserve this.
But we are not suffering greatly, more like just a sore, miserable, congested muck.

Oh but to look forward to those steaks makes life worth fighting for!

I contracted it 4 months ago, hit me like a freight train, memory loss, loss of taste/smell, bed ridden, inability to fill my lungs so repeatedly leaning out of bedroom window to inhale colder air and so on.

Then 4-5 days later it left.

And I felt completely fine.

I've since had the astra jab and I'm walking over 10 miles a day at work with zero side effects.

Positive thinking and plenty of fluids is all I concentrated on.

Good luck!

Great work on the steak.....by the time you want to eat it that’ll be aged to perfection!

Thats a desperate Dan special!!

I bet it would make a great “desperate Dan” cow pie as well.....horns and all.

I've seen and shoveled a lot of "cow pie" in my life time and it didn't look like that. :tongue-out3: :tongue-out2::tongue-out:.

Hi folks, I'm back from the Cov-dead!
Feeling great and the Missus is doing fine also.

Had a few rough nights, but got through ok.
Completed all our so called 'protocols' and are ready to take on the world again.
We're survivors now and hope to stay that way, as long as we can keep clear of needle waving maniacs we should be just fine.

Jim.

Glad you’re back Jim, but honestly....take the jab when you are able....you got lucky this time so don’t push it!

Trust you to survive this thing..........how we managed without the old Grumpa is beyond me! ;)
Glad that you are back and all's well.

Well one good thing Jim.

You woke up breathing this morning. ;) I always look on that as a positive.

Keep up that positive side & you will get thro. it all. You are at home & that is also a positive.
Great believer in optimisum in getting better from all these things. Had Asian flue in the 50s.
Felt real yucks down & out. So went into the garage & gave my motor bike a good clean.
Felt a lot better sure it was a bit of adrenaline.

Just a thought Jim could you send over a couple of those steaks. :tongue-out3:

Chin up, Laurie
