As most of you know I mainly stick to WWII planes but having seen a cheap Tamiya figure kit in Modelzone I decided to have a go and see how it comes out.

I have to say its much quicker to build and paint than any aircraft I have ever done though the camo takes a little time to build up, anyway heres my work so far

Great stuff. There are quite fun and this particular kit helped me back into modelling. Here's mt effort from a couple of years back. Message - Scale Models Gallery

excellent work adrian , the flesh tones look brilliant , something ive never been able to manage , looking forward to seeing him with something in his hands! cheers tony

You must have amazing patience to be able to complete camoflage like that. Superb job.

That looks great, Ade! :) Mine took months and months to get it right.

Skin has to be the most difficult thing to master. But you've done it I reckon. Great job. So, what's the secret.

Wow, blast from the past !!!

I built him 4 years ago, it was my first attempt at a figure. If I recall correctly I used Lifecolors Flesh Paint set. Honestly I just followed the box instructions on the paint set and he turned out like that.

very nice work,Adrian, like him, good with the skin tones, and camo, well done,;)
