Cheers Peter. That's the way. Keep up the good work Ralph.
Cheers Jim.Morning Ralph
You've cracked it. Day 3 - :thumb2:
The longer you go the less likely you are to give in. Not only are your cravings getting less but you have many days of success behind you so that boosts your determination.
Be happy and be proud.
Jim
Cheers Simon.Never smoked personally but have lost a couple of work mates to the effects of their habit - not good
Keep on going Ralph :thumb2:
Cheers Pete.Your first weekend as a non-smoker is nearly over, well done Ralph!
Pete
Cheers Mike.Ralph,
Well done, really well done. Now you can start to see what you have lost and what you can gain.
Doing this is far better than winning at Telford....
Mike.
I so nearly lost.No Ralph,
Don't let the urge get the better of you!!! Think about something else like sex or fishing or moggelling at the bench. Keep fighting!!!

Cheers Jim.Hi Ralph
Hang on in there. Struggling in many ways is what to expect - you knew that at the beginning. Get through today and you are gonna feel ...
Jim
Cheers Tony.Keep at it ralph , i know it cant be easy for you just stopping outright but youve done three days already , just think of making it to the next stepping stone , whether its the next three days or next weekend. Youre doing amazing and you should be feeling proud , you can beat this , cheers tony
Cheers for the great support Andy.I know just how hard it can be at times Ralph so kudos for sticking with it.
You are a non-smoker now, you've taken the biggest step, and while it might not seem like it right now it will just get easier and easier to turn your back on the fags.
Maybe think of something as a distraction. Nothing major, just a bit of something you can do to take your mind off the craving. Add a few pieces to a jigsaw, read a page of a book, Google search a random word, anything you can do the instant that feeling comes on that will stop you lingering on it.
Cheers Tim.Go for a walk, away from anywhere you can get cancer sticks...the exercise releases endorphins and takes you away from temptation....stick with it, we’re all on Team Ralph here....
