Been drinking it for weeks, turns your water a funny colour, is that correct. I will now wash my kit in it although I understand it stings like the devil, or is that the bleach :thinking:

Well it arrived, the post man wasn't wearing as Hazmat Suit.
But I did wash the whole package in a solution of 70 % IPA and water, including the out side of the box .
Just to be doubly safe I then set fire to it !

Don't know how to view this Corona thing. It's a virus and needs a way of a carrier to the spot it damages worst which is the lung. It can't get there by itself so avoid touching your face, eyes or nose.
If you're worried about recieving packages from China, mine was sending my daughter for a student exchange course to Sydney and how they would recieve her as she has oriental features. Thankfully all was ok and she'll be starting this Monday at Macquarie.
Hope this flu epidemic and pendamic goes away, take the necessary precautions and guys stay safe.

Seeing the reference to Dettol reminds me that in the mid-70's ( when I was at college ), I shared a room with a lad who was a hypochondriac, he use to pop vitamin pills, slurp cod liver oil, gargle with TCP, and yes - he used to add a cap of Dettol to his bathwater! Not sure it did him any good - he always seemed to be suffering from colds & other ailments!

That must be the giant, almost horizon-to-horizon smoke plume I can see to the west, then …
I’ve just received a parcel from Hong Kong but the kit originated from Shenzhen China ( its another 1/48 Mi24 hind and this time the canopy survived the trip!) . Just to be on the safe side I wiped the package down with disinfectant spray and also the shrink wrapped box after opening the outer bag. I just hope the postie is ok

Knew I had seen this thread...I have had some seriously cheeky offers accepted on Ebay from China on brand new kits. Delays on postage, bit saving a fair bit when prepared to wait.
