Just had a call from Pete, and he is on the mend and sounding his usual cheerful self and itching to get back to the bench.

Cheers Paul I'm getting there slowly been doing some exercises today doesn't take long to start seizing up, I think this time it will be a slow comeback I think. I'm only beginning to find out how close I actually came.
