Good spot, needed a red for something else and planning ahead......I would also wonder why RAF colours contain RLM 23 :smiling3:

Bottles the same, just a different cap. They actually look like acrylic craft paint bottles……perhaps there is a supply issue?
Vallejo also did that to me with a few of their Model Colour bottles.Got some more MRP paints so I've all my bases covered regarding RAF subjects, but slightly annoyed by this......
Wandering through the local Aldi this morning and they have their Christmas stock going in and it included a big stack of Airfix aircraft, would have been rude not to.

Isn't that the point of having a business though.........Or they are just cheaper and therefore increase profit........
why not! :smiling5:Is there going to be a "Bought in Aldi" GB come January?
Not always. Sometimes the point is to maintain quality so you keep your market share and reputation. After all, the most effective long term increase in profit comes from increased sales.Isn't that the point of having a business though.........
Not THAT lucky Allen, unless you're into braille scale.... there's never anything bigger than 1/72nd.You guys on the Insel are so lucky!!! Our Aldi's here in Germany never have any hobby kits for sale, at any time of the year......
Good job then that it's my default scale...... Unfortunately though not without an optivisor these days.... :disappointed2:Not THAT lucky Allen, unless you're into braille scale.... there's never anything bigger than 1/72nd.
Broad shoulders mate so it's ok. Look forward to seeing it builtMick
I have to say that whilst you have been very supportive of my various builds, you are clearly a very bad influence on me!!
We no longer shop at Aldi and yet having dropped my daughter off at work only half an hour ago, I found myself walking out of the Aldi just around the corner from her work with the below......I mean really.....I will of course not recognise my own lack of will-power and blame you entirely!:smiling5:

Andrew

Call it an outlier!Good haul Andrew. I am a bit surprised by the condor…..doesn’t fit into your hunters and hunted theme…..great looking bird though, even if it did have a tendency to break its back on landing……
I want the chocolat!!!!!!!!! Where did you get that?
