Despite a sh£%ty start to the day, today has turned out to be a cracking day, Comrade Race is back on the road to recovery and I got informed I'm getting a 9% pay rise in January,
I might chance my arm and buy a lotto ticket......

Right now you've finished with Matron. Can you send her around to see @Bobthestug . He seems to have gone all 'oi oi sailor' on us

:thinking:Al he has done it on his own free will an he is enjoyin the dark side of ships as he says they are more of a challenge to so its a waste of matrons time an when she find this out she may come an see you lol :cold-sweat: :cold-sweat: ;):rolling::smiling::smiling::smiling:
mr boatman

she may come an see you lol
Not going to happen Chris. The only thing that floats i would consider doing is a S-100 E-Boat. Other than that there is no chance of me looking for toilet paper stuck to my shoe sole ;)

Get on your feet John!!! One of matrons wake up medications...how are you feeling today John?

Cheers,
Richard aka Wabble

Good to hear you're on the way back. Just don't rush it.
Hi Andrew, thanks. At the moment I seem to have lost all interest in the bench:cold-sweat:

Glad to hear from you John, fingers crossed,my friend
Many thanks Neil.

I hope Matron was kind to you and did not have to employ her famous "stomach Pump"......I understand it is "belt" driven from her motorcycle and she tends to over rev it from time to time, thus removing more than just the contents of the poor victim's patient's stomach. :face-with-head-bandage: :tired:
Rick , Matron is never kind , luckily the pump was not required !

Glad you're on the mend John. You'll soon be back at the bench. Now no repeat with over indulgence during the festive season.
Jim, thank you , the mere thought of food at the moment is NILL :anguished:

John,
laid low by chocolate biscuits? Bizarrely, I have chocolate biscuits in the cupboard for the opposite effect. Chocolate Digestives give a quick boost, when my blood sugar levels are too low, and can stave off a hypo - which is not a pleasant thing.
Is this an age related thing, or have you always had it?
Dave
Dave I became intolerant to gluten a few years back, no doubt caused by my Asthma. The milk problem started this year. Normally I stay well away from both , but having eaten a small amount you think it will be ok ! This leads to a full on over eating and the results .
Good to see you back John, I hope you'll be back to modelling soon.
Pete

Thanks Pete, hopefully so .

Glad your better JR I’m sure Christine has been tired of sorting out your “ Dogs” awards lol.
Hi Lee, thanks for looking in.

Don't rush back! I know what mean though...I have some shelf queens calling and I'm even working on one now but it's not floating my boat.....

ATB.

Andrew

Very late to the party John but as you know I don't come here very much these days.

Sorry to hear that you've been unwell my friend but it sounds like the recovery process has started.

Take care, and if I don't speak to you before have a great Xmas, but maybe go easy on the mince pies & choccies :smiling5:
