Ain’t the getting down there…..it’s the getting back up…..I find it damn near impossible these days. Just can’t push myself up using my wrists….

I find it quite funny that the older you get the funnier the noises that you make when you try and get up, grunts, groans, exhale of breath, wheezing, knees making popping sounds, the list goes on.
I am now an advert for these

WELL i know im getting old now as today our out side light fused an had to take down the 20 ft high pole its mounted on a by gum 20 yrs ago id have fitted in new bulb an forgot about it after half an hr but today to do it took me half the bloomin day an talk about the ole back an legs an feet now hurt goin to have a good hot raydox bath to try an get rid of them pains Aaaaaaccchhh
