I'll look for you!Quick question: is there anything in there on Erebus and Roberts in the Walcheren campaign in 1944? I would assume so, but if it’s reasonably extensive I might want to see about buying a copy of this book too.

I read your review Mike, one of the reasons I decided to get one :thumb2:Had one sent to me to try out when they were trying to get customer reviews, I am sure I put a review on here somewhere. Good airbrush, good value for money and as good as the main contenders.
OK, thanks for looking. I might still buy it if I find it cheap, but no real need to hunt it down, then.Jakko, not a lot. The book is mainly on the tech history etc. not a huge amount on there actual war time service.
Still using it and no trouble so far...I read your review Mike, one of the reasons I decided to get one :thumb2:
Geoff.
No problem, got it for a £5 on eBay with a cheeky bid! Got a monitor in the stash so thought time I learnt a bit about themOK, thanks for looking. I might still buy it if I find it cheap, but no real need to hunt it down, then.
570, I'm sure you will produce something extremely good , like a certain range of cakes !!/72 Airfix RNLI Shannon Class Lifeboat.
First impressions (and I haven't even opened the plastic bag yet!)
Very basic interior. Once glazed it will be difficult to see inside, but really!
The handrails are way too thick. The kit has solid hand rails running along the length of the deck/hull. They should be S. Steel wire ones running between the deck stanchions as per the box art.
As I have little interest in the accuracy of models, I usually just build what's in the box, but this kit will need a huge amount of work to bring it up to just my acceptable standard.....I could go on.
Not a patch on the Severn Class offering.
I should have saved my wonga for summat else.
Not a happy bunny!
Cheers.
Ron
Here’s some I’ve received over the last week. There’s more but I’ll post later. This is another present my oldest daughter bought for me for Father’s Day it just arrived this week from the UK

Love this stefan ! The giulia is one of the most gorgeous yet simple designs and it can only be Rosso corse . You had one of these - very jealous .Courtesy of John of "our" shop. Been waiting (im)patiently for this since Tamiya announced its re-issue early this year. My heart pumps battery acid for the dealers on the bay trying to sell the original release for £85.00 to £115.00 when this cost £33.00 delivered.
I had a virtually identical car ( 1600 cc single spark and no lightweight body panels ) but the same colour.
