Hi Guys, actually I forgot to show you was the quick fix of the top nose glazing. I had missed the top window just forward of the two nose brownings. Thanks Joe, by my late reply it shows my slow foray into modeling now. This time of year is always hot and sticky so modeling takes a backseat. Hi Wobble, The date with the specialist is kinda way yonder. Over here we get to see the specialist within the day regardless the situation also depending on whether you are free for the day. In between the waiting you will be sent for blood tests and whatever is required for the appointment... -
Why don't all models come with a masking set?
I've never used a mask set before and worked out a way round it. I have been successful with strips of masking tape, forceps or tweezers and a sharp new blade. A well Futured glazing is prerequiste for both the tape and paint to adhere to. Never use fingers to apply the tape strips...mastering... -

Thanks Paul, glad you like the detailing. Here's more... Painted the faces and goggles...on close scrutiny they look so nitty gritty but with the naked eye looks okay with me. Rest of the body is still in base colours... Bike also painted...just needs wash, highlights and weathering...- rtfoe

Next figure painting project
You are really testing your eyes there John. Nice painting, a little on the rough but you've got the highlights where they should be. Blending would soften the edges or are you going the artistic route ala Van Gogh taking to account the viewing distance. Cheers, Wabble- rtfoe

Mission Complete WIP of completed vignette.
This continues... Added some final touches to the base with saplings and painted the fallen trunks to look like fallen Birch. Plugged the birch tree attachment points. Then sprayed a highlight of desert sand and made ready for snow fall. Also made a first pass painting the Birch tree...- rtfoe
