AN YES Rick will do it will be sept the 10th as thats the next warship day an this will give me time to make the rudder bigger an for makin it turn tighter if possible an cheers for your reply alsoStanding by for the "launch" day.......keep us posted Chris. :thumb2:
YES Ian so do i but wont know till sept 10th an hope the wheather plays ballThose props look much more up to the job, so let's hope they give Tiger a bit more umph.
HI Tim yes these props are the ones i should have gone for in the first place an yes made from bronce they are as you say more stronger in stature an should give a lot more thrust trouble is these bronce ones are a lot more exspenive than the brass ones so got high hopes for these to cure my thrust probs as two big motors are already fitted an if still not enought power then will take out them smaller johnsons motors an fit in 2 more of them monster motors an then see what happensThey certainly look the bees knees Chris. Much more muscular in stature :thumb2:
Good luck Chris, those props look superb
THANKS Mick an ScottiesChris,
They look well up to the task mate. The very best of British when you put her back in the water.

HI Jim lets hope you are right as you say if this dont turn her well cant make it any bigger without makin it look redicaloussThat looks the business Chris. If that don't turn 'er nought will!
HI Mike yes when adjustin things the knock on effect comes into play so its a bugger when i do have to but thankfully just makin the rudder bigger that hasnt happened thank god an many thanks for your idea of liftin tiger out with a net but no can do as this is a big model an just liftin it out by the hull its a struggle to just clear the pond concrete edge due to her wheight but cheers for your thoughts on the subjectChris,
Many thanks for the explanation, and I do understand the adjust one thing and then adjust ten.
I see your point about lifting her in and out of the water. We have a net that is supposedly used for holding down luggage in the car according to the blurb. But we use it for keeping the dogs from jumping over the seats, the pup especially. And the thought occured to me that this might be helpfull when launching and recovering 'Tiger'. The net we have is about 3 ft long and can open out to 18 inches and with hooks on all four corners. I think I obtained it from evilbay some years ago.
Mike
